Yes. Goas Tréz beach (NW/W, 600 m) and Grande plage de Trémolé receive Channel swell. Waves 0.3–1 m. Sandy bottom. Beginner level. Île de Milliau accessible at low tide creates a sheltered spot for beginners.

Excellent. Trébeurden bay is one of the most beautiful in the Trégor. Routes to Île de Milliau (600 m), Île Grande (5 km), Sept-Îles (15 km in open sea). Water 9–17°C. All levels in the bay. Kayak and SUP rental on site.

Yes, around 550 berths. Half-tide access minimum. Boat hire and sailing school available. Navigation to Perros-Guirec (8 nm), Ploumanac’h (10 nm), Sept-Îles (12 nm).
